  • estate litigation, including probate, administration and accounting proceeding in Westchester, New York and Bronx Surrogate courts


Michele Murphy has been selected by many clients to act as a trustee under their family trust agreements.  As trustee, she manages trust assets, alone or with co-trustees, and regularly consults with trust advisors such as financial planners, tax attorneys and accountants to ensure the best management of the assets.
